All 3 meals were wonderful. Just enough Cajun spice in jambalaya, excellent red fish and perfect amount of breading on my seafood platter. Best red beans and rice I've ever had. Waiter was wonderful and the building was historic and yet totally updated. Look for green marble wall, breathtaking.

Fishbones is in greektown. This place is way bigger on the inside! There is parking right across the street and they have bar seating and table seating. The service is fast and friendly. Most of the staff seems very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is expensive but delicious. There is a fishtank a music space and a huge 3 story fountain which isn't operational anymore but this place has been around for years there is alot of history there

Great service at the bar! My brother recommended this place from his time here in the Mid-90's. The gumbo is fire and so is the crawfish etoufee covered catfish! Tom and Patrick will take good care of you!

Food was just ok...I remember a time when the food was really delicious. Me bread was really good though. The service was really good. They have live music which was nice, I enjoyed. Yes I'd revisit for the chill atmosphere.

Fishbones is a staple in the city if you want some southern style seafood or pasta. My go to order is always the catfish with red beans and rice which is always cooked to perfection. The sushi was excellent as usual as well. This particular time was directly after a funeral for a loved one so it was a very large group and they did accommodate all of us for seating because it's a very large space. The 4 stars is only due to the fact that they could not split up our bill nor could we use multiple cards which ended up in the chaos of everyone having to figure out how much to send to one person. Will be back but probably not with a large party.

Quick access and parking across the street. If you're looking for a place to eat if you like seafood and something quick while being downtown, this is the place. Parking is about $20 across the street but it's well worth it. There were no long lines or waiting and it's best to make your reservations online with Open Table or call ahead. Our waitress was Johnny on the spot, we didn't have to ask for any refills or anything, she brought her A game to the table.

Everything was hot, fresh & delicious. I went Monday September 4, 2023 (Labor day) at 8:30p. I sat at the bar w/ my partner. The place was pretty slow. The bartender was kind & very helpful. We even ordered sushi togo. My was really good and flavorful. It just wasn't as spicy as I wanted. My love adored his Chicken Pasta Orleans. && babyyy that Alligator Voodoo was so fresh & powerful!
